Lock Down Physical Activities
It is really important that you keep active, happy and positive during lock down. So...
Get outside as much as possible- ride your bike, walk up hills, bounce on your trampoline, chase your dog round the garden, skip, swing, climb and play as much as possible.
Also, keep fit by trying some of the activities listed in the links on the right and on the bucket list below. There are lots of fun ideas that you can do at home or at school.
