Acers and Oaks Classes will be participating in an all day history workshop on Thursday, 6 March 2025.  This will be delivered by Portals to the Past who are experienced educators and experts in their field.  This will greatly enhance the delivery of our history topic - Groundbreaking Greeks.

We will be visited by an ancient Greek hoplite, who will be sharing his knowledge of the warring city states, the birth of democracy and Greek legends, Alexander the Great and Greek culture.  The children taking part in a mixture of activities:  role playing, studying artefacts and a lot of fun, to help bring the history of Ancient Greece alive.
