On Monday 11th July we had a visit from a Fire Safety Officer to come and talk to each class to develop their fire safety knowledge. Each class looked at a different aspect of fire safety which included learning about the main causes of fire in the home, how smoke alarms and escape plans work, the potential consequence of fire play, the importance of working smoke alarms, the importance of wearing a seatbelt and who are firefighters and what they do. It was a very interesting and enjoyable experience for all of us.
