As part of their project 'Wriggle and Crawl' Chestnuts Class went on a trip to Launceston Farm, near Blandford. Whilst they were there they took part in a variety of activities to find out more about minibeasts and habitats. This included meadow sweeping, looking in insect traps and exploring manure! The children enthusiastically took part in all of the activities and identified many new types of minibeasts.
